As many of you know, Bob Cat (who now lives at our clinic) had a very
rough start in life. After being hit by a care and lying in the
road for an unknown amount of time, one of our clients brought him to
us. Bob was dragging himself around by his front legs. We
found that he had a crushed pelvis, broken toes, and many scratches on
him. We immediately vaccinated him and put him on cage rest. After
approximately 8-10 weeks, we gradually let Bob walk in short intervals
to build up his muscle tone. (As well as putting him in the underwater
treadmill, in our PetMedSpa facility). After healing Bob had two
of his back toes removed and was de-clawed. Bob Cat looks forward
to seeing all of our clients and their pets' everyday. There is
not a pet that Bob doesn't love, especially puppies and kittens.
Bob is also very comforting to those animals that are sick and therefore
has been deemed Nurse Bob Cat. He loves his job (and his title)
very much.
